By signing this Indemnity Release, you hereby agree to understanding this and release Jacqui-Maree Bailey of all indemnity regarding any actions you choose to take in relation to your health and wellbeing. By signing this Indemnity Release, you are confirming you know and understand that Jacqui-Maree Bailey is NOT a medical doctor and has furthermore advised you to seek clearance and medical advice from your GP before taking any further action or seeking any information and services from her in the form of and movement, yoga, remedial bodywork, holistic coaching or meditation therapy. All information provided within the sessions or otherwise are developed and owned by Jacqui-Maree Bailey, and as such cannot be repurposed, shared or used in any way that would constitute theft or misuse of intellectual property.
